Where We Deliver Pages

Updated

Overview

The Where We Deliver page is a page on your BloomNation website that shows customers where you deliver. It pulls together your delivery areas, recent deliveries, delivery-related FAQs, and postal codes — all in one place.

When the page is published, a link to it is automatically added to your website footer. You can edit the page at any time after it goes live.

Before you get started

The Where We Deliver page pulls information from your existing shop settings. Before creating the page, make sure the following are in place — otherwise some sections may be empty or missing.

Delivery zones

At least one active delivery zone is required. This drives your service area information and postal codes on the page.

Go to Delivery Zones >>

Service areas

Your service areas — including neighborhoods, hospitals, wedding venues, funeral homes, and cemeteries — populate the Service Areas section of the page. If none are added, that section will be empty.

Go to Service Areas >>

Delivery FAQs

The FAQ section on your Where We Deliver page only appears if you have at least one FAQ tagged Delivery. If none of your FAQs are tagged Delivery, the section will be left off the page entirely.

Not sure how to tag your FAQs? See the FAQ help article >>

What's on the page

The page is made up of several sections, each populated from your existing shop data.

Heading

An auto-generated heading based on your shop name, city, and domain. You can edit this text directly in the page builder after the page is created.

Recent deliveries

Pulls from your order history automatically. If your shop is new and has no orders yet, this section will be empty until deliveries are fulfilled — that's expected.

Service areas

Displays the neighborhoods, hospitals, wedding venues, funeral homes, and cemeteries you've added under Service Areas. If this section is empty, check that your service areas are set up in your Dashboard.

Postal codes

Populated from the postal codes in your delivery zones. If this section is empty, confirm your delivery zones have postal codes added.

Delivery FAQs

Shows any FAQs tagged Delivery. If you have no Delivery-tagged FAQs, this section won't appear on the page. You can add or tag FAQs at any time and the section will update.

Tips

  • Make sure your delivery zones and service areas are complete before generating the page — the more information you have set up, the more useful the page will be.
  • Tag your delivery-related FAQs as Delivery before creating the page so the FAQ section is included from the start.
  • Preview every section before publishing. If a section is empty and not relevant to your shop, remove it in the page builder rather than leaving it blank.
  • You can edit the page at any time after publishing — nothing is locked in.

Frequently asked questions

Why is the FAQ section missing from my page?

The FAQ section only appears when you have at least one FAQ tagged Delivery. Go to My Shop → FAQ, find your delivery-related questions, and add the Delivery tag. The section will appear on your page once a tagged FAQ is saved.

Why is the Service Areas section empty?

Service areas need to be added in your Dashboard under Fulfillment → Service Areas. Once added, they'll populate on your Where We Deliver page.

Why is the Postal Codes section empty?

Postal codes come from your delivery zones. Go to Fulfillment → Delivery Zones and confirm your zones have postal codes added.

Why is Recent Deliveries empty?

If your shop is new, this section will be empty until you have fulfilled orders. It will populate automatically as deliveries are completed — no setup needed.

The footer link only appears after the page is published. If you saved the page as a draft, publish it from the page builder and the link will appear.

Can I remove the Where We Deliver page?

Yes. You can unpublish or delete the page at any time from Website Manager. The footer link will be removed automatically when the page is no longer published.
