Hour by Hour Sales Report
The Hour by Hour Sales Report provides detailed insights into your hourly sales patterns, helping you identify peak times for orders and analyze trends across different fulfillment methods. Updated hourly, this report is ideal for adjusting staffing, promotions, and inventory levels to meet customer demand at specific times of day.
Accessing the Report
- Log into your BloomNation account.
- Navigate to the Analytics tab.
- Select the Advanced Reports sub-tab.
- Under the Sales Reports section, click on Hour by Hour Sales Report.
Using the Report

Date Range Selection: The report loads data for the past month by default. You can adjust the date range by specifying a start and end date.

Category Filter: The category defaults to All, but you can also filter by specific fulfillment methods:
- Delivery
- Pickup
- In-Store


Note: This report includes only data from orders, excluding canceled orders, full refunds, invoices, quick charges, and variable-priced Designer Choice items. Any new orders or order updates will be included when this report refreshes, which occurs approximately every hour.
- Print & Export: Easily print or export the report for further review or presentation.
Report Visualization
This report displays your sales by the hour of the day, providing a clear view of order distribution over time.

X-Axis: Represents each hour of the day, beginning at 12:00 AM.

Y-Axis: Displays the Number of Orders for each hour.

Hover Feature: By hovering over any bar (representing a specific hour), a pop-up appears with detailed information, including:
- Total Orders for that hour
- Total Sales Amount in dollars
- Hour of the Day (e.g., “2 Orders, $146.25, 4:00 PM”)
This chart makes it easy to spot which hours experience the highest order volumes, allowing for better planning and resource allocation.
