Bulk Add Recipe Ingredients

The new Bulk Add Ingredients tool allows you to quickly add ingredients—like vases, stems, or fillers—to multiple products at once. No need to manually update each recipe one-by-one.

This is a great way to speed up setup when you’ve just added new products that share common components.

Where to Find It

1. Log in to your POS dashboard.

2. Navigate to All Products.

3. Use the checkboxes to select multiple products.

4. Click the Actions button.

5. Choose Add Ingredients from the dropdown.

How It Works

Once you’re in the Add Ingredients screen:

1. Enter an Ingredient Name

   (e.g. “Bubble Vase”, “Sunflower”, “Leather Leaf”)

2. Enter a Quantity

   (e.g. 1 vase, 5 stems, etc.)

3. • Standard

   • Deluxe

   • Premium

     (You can choose one, two, or all three.)

     Select the Arrangement Sizes it applies to:

4. Click Add Ingredients to apply the change.

That’s it! The selected ingredient will now appear in the recipe of each selected product.

Important Notes

• This feature is additive only—it does not remove or overwrite existing ingredients.

• To make detailed changes (like editing or deleting ingredients), go to the individual product’s recipe tab.
