Instant Payouts

Access your balances faster than ever with Instant Payouts! This feature allows florists to transfer funds directly to their bank accounts immediately following a successful charge. Please note, fees apply for each Instant Payout. Instant Payouts are available at any time, including weekends and holidays, and funds typically settle in the associated bank account within 30 minutes. Please note, Instant Payouts are currently available only for eligible US-based florists with accounts at supported banks.

If Instant Payouts are available and enabled for your account, all successful charges—including orders, paid invoices, etc.—will automatically be paid out to your bank account. Please note that:

  • All charges are paid instantly. There is no way to enable Instant Payouts for specific charges only.
  • Each successful charge generates a separate payout, meaning if you had 10 orders today, you would see 10 individual payouts.

  • Individual Payouts Per Charge: Each successful charge generates a separate payout, simplifying the process of tracking earnings for each order.

How to Enable Instant Payouts

To enable Instant Payouts, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your Dashboard and navigate to the Finances tab in the side menu.

  2. Select the Payment Info subtab.

  3. Under the Payout Settings section, choose one of the following:

    • Standard Payouts: Funds are processed according to your scheduled payout timeline.
    • Instant Payouts: Funds are processed typically within 30 minutes of each successful charge.

  4. If eligible, the Instant Payouts option will appear. If you do not see this option, it means you are not eligible for Instant Payouts.

Fees

A fee is charged for each Instant Payout. This fee is automatically deducted from the payout amount and is charged to cover Stripe's fees. Your Payout Settings page will indicate the exact fees that will apply to you if you opt in for Instant Payouts.

  • Important Note: This fee is not to be confused with other processing fees - the Instant Payout fee is separate and unrelated.

Eligibility

Eligibility for Instant Payouts is determined by Stripe. Currently, Instant Payouts are available to US-based florists with accounts at supported banks.

To check if your bank supports Instant Payouts:

  1. Click this link to access Stripe’s list of eligible banks.
  2. Navigate to the Accounts section.
  3. Open the "Supports Instant Payouts to all of its accounts" dropdown for the most up-to-date list.

Tracking Payouts

Once Instant Payouts are enabled, you can track your payouts directly in the Dashboard:

  1. Navigate to the Finances tab.

  2. Select the Payouts subtab to view a detailed list of your payouts, including:

    • Payout type (e.g., Instant Payout).
    • Associated fees in the Credit Card % and Credit Card Fee columns.

Additionally, in the Point of Sale (POS):

  • You can view your orders in the Order Details page.
  • Once an order has been paid out, a Payout link will appear in the Payouts section under the Charges Breakdown section.
  • This link provides direct access to details about the payout associated with that specific order.

After each Instant Payout, you’ll receive a Payout Sent email at your registered email address for confirmation.

Additional Details

  • Payouts are processed immediately following a successful charge, making it easy to keep track of funds.
  • Payout records will appear as a pending transaction in your bank account before final settlement.
