Why Your Payout Total May Look Different
If your payout total appears different or lower than expected, there are a couple of reasons why this might be happening.
Rest assured, you are being paid the correct amount!
1. Loan Repayments from Promenade Capital
If you've taken a loan through Promenade Capital, your loan is automatically repaid in small amounts based on your daily sales. These repayment amounts are automatically deducted by our payment processor before your payout is sent to your bank account.
This means:
- You might see a higher total for your sales activity on the payout page, but your actual payout (the amount sent to your bank account) will be lower to account for the loan repayment.
- Check your loan information for more details.
2. Instant Payouts
If you're enrolled in instant payouts, the payment processor may process funds at different times due to how loan repayment and order timing interact. Feel free to reach out and we can review your account together.
You Are Being Paid Correctly
We want to reassure you that your payouts are carefully calculated and processed with accuracy. The total payout you receive always reflects your actual earnings after accounting for things like:
- Loan repayments (if applicable)
- Instant Payout timing
