Begin the checkout process and proceed until you get to the Payment screen
Under Payment fill out the Credit Card Information
Under Your Billing Information fill out all the fields EXCEPT the State dropdown. Leave the State dropdown as "Select a state"
Change the Country dropdown to the appropriate country
Click Continue to Review to finalize your purchase
