Log in to your Dashboard and POS

Updated

Overview

Log in to your BloomNation Dashboard and POS with one email and password, from one login page. Once you're in, your orders, website and shop settings are all in one place. Every account, including each employee's, signs in from the same page.

How to log in

  1. Go to the BloomNation login page.
  2. Enter the email address for your account.
  3. Enter your password.
  4. Click Log in.

You'll land on your Dashboard, or go straight to the POS if your account is set up to start there. Having trouble? See Why can't I log in?

Log in on the POS

The POS uses the same email and password as your Dashboard. If your shop uses Employee PINs, employees switch between each other with a PIN after the first login. A PIN doesn't replace the email and password login. After five wrong PIN attempts, the POS asks for an email and password again.

Give each employee their own login

Separate logins keep your password private and let you choose what each person can see.

  1. In your Dashboard, go to Employees.
  2. Click + New Employee, or select an existing employee.
  3. Check User Login.
  4. Enter the employee's email address.
  5. Click Save.

The employee gets an email with a link to activate their account and create a password. They log in from the same login page you use. To choose their permissions and start page, see Adding an employee and customizing their access to your system.

Tips

  • Bookmark the login page so it's one click away
  • Give every employee their own login instead of sharing yours

Frequently asked questions

Why can't I log in?

Most login problems come from the wrong address or the wrong email. Check that you're on partners.bloomnation.com and use the email address your account was created with. Employees should use the email on their own employee record, not the shop owner's.

My employee never got their activation email. What should I do?

Ask the account owner to check the email address on the employee's record in Employees. Then have the employee look in their spam folder. If it still hasn't arrived, contact Partner Support.

Why does the Billing page ask for my password again?

The Billing page asks for your password a second time to protect your payout details, in case staff also use your account. Use the same password you log in with.
