On-Demand Delivery

On Demand Delivery is intended to assist with individual orders for whenever you have delivery logistic issues. We are currently offering delivery through Uber, DoorDash and Roadie.
The order is eligible for on-demand delivery as long as it is:
- An order within the BloomNation system
- Order pickup time is at least 30 minutes in the future from submission of the request
- The delivery address is within 25 miles from your address
To request an on-demand delivery:

Select “On-Demand Delivery” on your PoS navigation sidebar.

Fill in the necessary information
- BloomNation order number
- Pick-up date
- Pick-up time - Delivery person may arrive up to an hour after selected time
- Time zone

Submit the form
The delivery driver will arrive and pick up the arrangement within an hour of the designated time. You may receive a photo confirmation of the delivery from the driver.
NOTE: The delivery fee will be subtracted from a payout at the end of the month. It will not reflect on the order information as this is billed separately.
