BloomNation's Marketplace connects customers with local florists who create and sell handcrafted, artistic designs. We take claims of copyright and intellectual property infringement very seriously and are committed to maintaining the integrity of our platform.

As outlined in our Terms of Service, BloomNation florists must adhere to strict guidelines regarding the images they use in their Marketplace listings. Images must be original, reflect your own designs, or be provided by BloomNation as part of its services.

Guidelines for Image Use

To ensure compliance with copyright and intellectual property laws, the following rules apply to all Marketplace listings:

1. Use Original or Authorized Images

   • You may only use images that your business has full legal rights to use.
   • Images must showcase your own floral designs or be images created and provided by BloomNation.

2. Prohibited Content

   • Wire-service or Stock Images
     • Marketplace listings cannot include wire-service or commercially sold stock photos. However, these products may still be listed on your Premium Site.
   • Illegally Obtained Images
     • Images taken without permission from other florists or businesses are strictly prohibited.

3. Accountability
   By posting images on your Marketplace storefront, you are representing and warranting that the images do not infringe upon any copyright or intellectual property rights of others.

Policy Violations

If BloomNation identifies a violation of this policy, we will take the following actions:

• The offending listing(s) will be immediately removed.
• Repeat offenders may face further actions, including the removal of their account from the Marketplace.
